After weeks of preparation and one very long night of styling and staging the event the room was ready for the big day. I was honored to be part of the crew that helped put together this extravaganza. The scene was set at the iconic Circa Top Deck in St Kilda. Our job was to set dress the space as if you had just walked into a winter wonderland filled with all the new home-wares for Winter 2012 .
The pool was covered with shards of Polystyrene to give the illusion of ice, a forest scene was set around a bed to add a little whimsy and all the food was served on rustic dinnerware from Harris Scarfe . Little moments floated throughout the venue, the Media were in awe !

In addition to the massive set dressing a live Fashion Photo shoot was set up that stopped all the guests in their tracks . Fashion Stylist Vass Arvanitis waved her magic wand and wowed us all with her quirky vision on how Winter 2012 should look. Anitra Wells shot some STUNNING fashion images on the day, proving that budget fashion can look very cool.
Harris Scarfe really has had a major face-lift and its wont stop here so stay tuned ….
